A few elements have so many nutritional qualities as the wild salmon: it is rich of proteins, has the essential amino acids, vitamins A-B6-B12, it contains calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphor, niacin and riboflavin. The high content of polyunsaturated fats Omega3 helps to protect the arteries and to prevent
cardiovascular deceases, and even some tumors. It is not enough, Foodlab is one of the few companies to propose biological farmed salmons in the north of Scotland in the Shetland Islands where animals are farmed without the use of antibiotics and hormones.
