The Carpaccio
The Carpaccio of Foodlab is the result of essential processes studied to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh fish. The packaging in a protective atmosphere allows however a good lifetime and the possibility to bring all the taste of the sea to the table as with the products just fished.
Cleaned and marinated. That's it.
Shrimps come from fish breedings in the Gulf of Siam.
